La Spaziale S1 Mini Vivaldi is a semi-automatic coffee machine equipped with a double boiler, a vibrating pump and a volumetric dosing system for drinks with temperature control. La Spaziale Mini Vivaldi has a first boiler dedicated to coffee dispensing with a capacity of 0.45 liters and a second one reserved to produce water and steam with a capacity of 1.2 liters. Both boilers are independent and can be activated individually or together according to the needs of use.

La Spaziale S1 Mini Vivaldi II has a volumetric dosing function with programmable time on a single or double cup. The coffee dispensing function is enriched by the temperature regulation system which allows you to choose an infusion temperature from 91 ° C to 97 ° C. During the pre-infusion operations, the temperature control system also activates an automatic heating system when there is a drop of at least 0.5 ° C. A thermostat incorporated inside the machine prevents the group from overheating while a set alert alerts the user of any usage problems. A further alert warns the user of the need to activate cleaning and descaling operations.
The four-hole steam wand allows the production of steam for milk emulsion operations. The functionality can be activated by pressing the appropriate button. The filter holder used by the Mini Vivaldi is 53mm and slightly deeper than the classic 58mm filter holders. The water tank has a capacity of 3 liters and is easily removable to manage filling operations. The tank includes a water softening bag called “Oscar” (short for Osmotic Scale Reduction). The system uses ion exchange to replace calcium and magnesium ions, promoting the reduction of water hardness by slowing down the accumulation of limestone.
